• Your police department will be dispatched not only to your home for an alarm, but we will provide the police with specific information on where in your home to look for the entry.
• You have complete control over your Fidelity installed Ademco alarm system. Set your own disarming codes. Remove codes you no longer need. Alternatively, contact Fidelity for remote assistance in changing your codes.
• Many alarms can be confusing. Check with your neighbors if they know how to bypass a window while still using their alarm. With a Fidelity alarm, all the commands are so easy; you will never have to be concerned about not using your alarm system daily.
• A rechargeable battery will prevent your alarm from failing to protect your home during the most critical times. False alarms during electrical storms and no fire or burglary protection during power failures is a problem of the past.
• A silent duress code will be programmed into your alarm. If you're ever forced to arm or disarm your system, the police will be notified and help will be dispatched immediately.
• Do your children return from school while your still working? Let Fidelity program your alarm to page you when your child turns off your security system.
• It is important to test your alarm regularly. Fidelity helps you with testing your alarm by sending a weekly test signal to our central station. If your Ademco alarm ever fails to report to our central station, an alert message will be displayed on your keypad.

Keyfobs are available with all of our alarm systems. There is no longer a reason to hurry in or out of your home. Take advantage of this simple one touch button to arm or disarm your system from inside or outside your home. Two other buttons on the keyfob can be custom programmed for many other uses, including a panic alarm and turning a light on in your home while your still in your driveway.

Fidelity security specialist will design a security system for your home using the best combination of hardwired and wireless components to protect your home. Sometimes it's not practical to run a wire to a room over a slab or with no accessible attic. When this is, the case Fidelity will install a wireless lithium battery transmitter. These transmitters communicate with the control panel and alert the user of a low battery condition.

Motion detectors serve as back-up protection to those doors and windows, which have been protected, with your alarm. There are many types of motion detectors; your security specialist will seek out the type best suited for the size of your rooms and any pets in your home.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recommends one smoke detector on each level and one detector in each bedroom. Unlike battery operated smoke detectors and AC powered smoke detectors that do not call the fire department, Fidelity offers smoke detectors and heat detectors that are tied into your alarm system. Once installed, these smoke and heat detectors will signal our central station for an immediate dispatch of the fire department. You don't need to even have your security system armed to benefit from the around the clock protection offer by our detectors.
These detectors do not require the electric to be working in your home to signal a fire. Since they are powered by your burglar alarm panel they will continue to function along with your entire burglar alarm, thanks to a back up battery installed in every alarm system.
