Paul and his father Jerome founded Fidelity Alarm Company in 1976. Jerome was instrumental in the early years of Fidelity, not only for his guidance, but as well for his knowledge and experience of the protective business, having worked for the Holmes Protection Company for more than 35 years.

Paul’s start in the industry began while attending college, when his father worked for ADEMCO, the largest alarm device equipment manufacturing company in the world at the time.  Paul would help representatives out that were having issues with equipment, learning the trade that would one day help him grow the largest independent family owned and operated alarm company in the tri-state area.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from La Salle University, Jerry worked several years in management for ADI, providing him the knowledge and experience that helped him take his work at Fidelity to the next level after joining our sales team in 1994. Jerry holds level 4 NICET fire certification, the highest level offered.

Patrick has been a part of the Fidelity team since 1994. His current position works closely with customers on commercial jobs.

Dave has devoted almost 20 years to working with our company and is responsible for the property management companies who work with Fidelity.

Ed Krupa

Ed has been with Fidelity since 2010. He specializes in both residential and commercial systems for Fire, Security, Surveillance, and Home Automation, as well as being proficient in design-build for fire alarms with Auto CAD. He currently lives in Pennington, NJ where he is studying for NICET Certification.

Ray is our top customer relations team member and is also responsible for fleet management.
